News: Opeth and In Flames team up for US tour
2 min read(U.S) Roadrunner Records group Opeth have announced details of their return to North America for a coast-to-coast co-headline run with In Flames. The nationwide trek, which will also feature support from Red Fang, is set to get underway on December 3 at the Riviera Theatre in Chicago, IL and traverse North America through the end of the month. Limited pre-sale tickets and VIP packages will be available from August 13 exclusively through WMG with general public on sale starting Friday, August 15.
The co-headline tour will celebrate the release of Opeth’s much awaited new record Pale Communion, set to arrive on August 25. The album, produced by the band’s very own Mikael Åkerfeldt and mixed by longtime collaborator and Porcupine Tree frontman/guitarist Steven Wilson, is currently available for pre-order via iTunes. All pre-orders made via iTunes will receive an instant download of ‘Cusp of Eternity.’
