2 min read

Pop superstar, Cheryl, is back with her new single ‘I Don’t Care’ on 9th November through Polydor Records.

‘I Don’t Care’ is feisty, fun and full of life, written by Bonnie McKee, Jocke Ahlund, John Newman and Cheryl, it is an anthem in the making.

Cheryl’s triumphant and ready for anything attitude are themes which permeate her forthcoming solo album; life is short, lets live. “I‘m a woman now; I’m at that age that things don’t bother me like they used to,” Cheryl notes. “I still care about things, but I’ve discovered what’s important to care about, and what’s most definitely not.”

The new single is taken from Cheryl’s upcoming solo album, Only Human due for release later this year. Only Human will be Cheryl’s fourth solo album establishing her position as pop royalty. As well as working with renowned hit-makers like Sia, Greg Kurstin and Invisible Men, Cheryl has worked with new artists and producers from Red Triangle to Electric.

‘I Don’t Care’ is the follow up to Cheryl’s recent number one single, ‘Crazy Stupid Love’. As well as becoming Cheryl’s fourth solo chart-topper she became one of only three British female artists to score four number one singles. ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ followed previous number ones: ‘Fight For This Love’, ‘Promise This’ and ‘Call My Name’.

The next few months are going to be a busy time for Cheryl. As well as the launch of ‘Only Human’ Cheryl is back as a judge on The X Factor. She has also been nominated for an MTV European Music Award in the Best UK and Ireland Act category.
