Single Review: Lemar – ‘Coming Home’
2 min read
RnB singer Lemar’s latest single is full of dance rhythms and disco beats in the form of Coming Home released in the UK on 17th May 2010.
Co-written with Alonzo Stevenson (aka Novel), Eric Stamile and Tony Reyes (who has previously collaborated with the likes of Shakira and Gwen Stefani), the single is Lemar’s latest from his The Hits package following the February released The Way Love Goes.
The two time BRIT Award winning singer, who rose to fame back in 2002 on the reality show Fame Academy, is a true vocalist and although there are is a lot of technical assistance on this track his genuine talent is also equally heard here.
There is a lot of twangy guitars, synths and disco effects found here that showcases Lemar’s effortless ability and enthusiasm at tackling the most vocally strenuous dance floor contemporary summer pop hits.
The UK loves Lemar, he has been a household name here for almost ten years now, and I’m sure with the release of Coming Home there will be a lot more of Lemar to come.
