Caplin & Massiah, the new name for a duo with a big history. Barbados-born singer Zeeteah Massiah has had a No. 1 dance hit in the US, performed on world tours with Tom Jones and Michael Jackson, and sung with legends from Robbie Williams to Johnny Hallyday. Her husband Paul Caplin was the songwriter for rebellious eighties pop band Haysi Fantayzee. They have now come together to produce and release ‘All You’, this is their first release as a duo and their combined charisma and musical talent make for a real treat.
Starting slowly with a strong and dominant synth presence, it’s not long before the song builds up to its rousing chorus. Mixing reggae themes with classic pop and a twist of funk, ‘All You’ is a real musical hybrid. The track showcases Zeeteah’s vocal versatility as the track illustrates both her singing and rapping talent.
So what is next for this dynamic duo? Well, with new music on the Horizon things only seem to be going from strength to strength for this couple. Check out their new single ‘All You’ and make sure to follow their socials so you don’t miss anything.
