News: Mika Announces London Roundhouse Headline Show

MIKA has announced a huge headline show at the iconic London Roundhouse, his first London date in over two years. The show will take place on Sunday 2nd July 2022 and tickets are on sale now.

Tickets are available here.

About the new show Mika says “London, where it all started for me, has always held a special place in my heart. I am so happy that after these crazy 2 years, I will be coming back to perform at the iconic Roundhouse. It’s my favourite venue in London, to play but also to see shows. To dance, sing, scream, sweat…. It’s one of the best places in the city. I can’t wait to be back in London, and finally get to reconnect with the London audience.”

Following his highly successful 2019 album, My Name Is Michael Holbrook, MIKA embarked upon a sensational world tour that saw him perform in the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour was abruptly cut short. Despite this, MIKA continued to create defining moments within popular culture, such as organising an online charity concert to support the people of Lebanon and the victims of the 2020 blast. The ‘I Love Beirut’ concert featured performances from across the globe by the likes of Kylie Minogue, Rufus Wainwright, Mashrou Leila, and many more. The concert raised over 1m for Save The Children Lebanon and The Lebanese Red Cross.

With a career stretching across 14 years and counting, MIKA has to date amassed an array of accolades, including reaching 2.8 billion streams for his debut album, Life In Cartoon Motion, achieving a #1 album in 11 different countries, selling over 10 million records worldwide – receiving Gold or Platinum awards in 32 countries in the process – and winning awards from the BRIT Awards, Capital FM’s Awards, Ivor Novello Awards, and the BBC’s Sound of…

Throughout his career, the ‘Grace Kelly’ singer-songwriter has continued to collaborate with some of the most acclaimed names within the music and arts world, including Ariana Grande, Pharrell Williams, legendary French actress Fanny Ardant, Grammy-nominated producer Gregg Wells, and most recently the renowned composer and conductor Simon Leclerc, where the pair worked alongside multiple prestigious classical music institutions – including the Philharmonie de Paris – to perform orchestral versions of his hit tracks.
