News: Weird Al Yankovic To Release 14th Studio Album ‘Mandatory Fun’
2 min readMulti-Grammy Award winner “Weird Al” Yankovic is set to release his 14th studio album Mandatory Fun on July 15th via RCA/Sony Music. The 12 track album is available for pre-order now on iTunes.
Yankovic recently teased plans to launch 8 music videos in 8 days beginning on July 14th.
Last month, “Weird Al” began the countdown to July 15th with the launch of a series of teasers which can be viewed below.

Now in his fourth career decade, he has released 13 studio albums, won 3 Grammys (with 14 nominations) as well as countless awards and accolades for his classics such as “Eat It,” “Like a Surgeon,” “Fat,” “Smells Like Nirvana,” “Amish Paradise,” “The Saga Begins” and many more. His last studio album Alpocalypse (2011), featuring the Lady Gaga parody “Perform This Way,” charted at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart – the highest debut of his storied career.
