News: Joywave Announce Brandon Flowers UK Support Tour

(UK) East coast electro-rockers, Joywave have been announced as headline support for Brandon Flowers’ upcoming UK tour this May. Hailing from Rochester, NY, Joywave pack an almighty punch in the live arena with their adrenaline fuelled guitar assaults and growling basslines which have earnt the five-piece critical acclaim after touring alongside the likes of Bleachers and RAC, as well as an impressive US prime time TV appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show.
This spring sees Joywave release “Somebody New”, the debut UK single from forthcoming album on 18th May 2015. Originally appearing on the band’s EP last year, Joywave have given the infectious, hard-hitting track a new life this year as the first teaser of their debut album.
Alongside their support slots with Brandon Flowers, Joywave will be taking centre stage for headline shows at The Sebright Arms (London) and Social Club (Paris) this May. Joywave will return to this August for their debut UK festival show at Reading & Leeds Festival, sharing the stage with the likes of Django Django and Alvvays.
