News: Details Released For New Passenger Single ’27’

(UK) Ivor Novello winning songwriter Mike Rosenberg, the man behind the multi platinum selling Passenger, is to release epic new single ‘27’ November 10th on Black Crow/Island Records.
One of the highlights from his stunning new album ‘Whispers’ and co-produced with long term collaborator Chris Vallejo, ‘27’ is an up-tempo song with a humorous lyric and a driving beat. The critics were unabashed in their praise of the album and this song in particular with Q saying it was “exceptional”, the Times that is was ”rousing” and the Guardian that it displays the “vividness that typifies the whole album”.‘Whispers’ is the follow-up to ‘All The Little Lights’ which was driven by the global smash ‘Let Her Go’; the biggest selling single in the UK last year and the third most streamed song of all time.
Having spent much of the summer touring the US and playing festivals here including Isle Of Wight and T in the Park, Passenger will embark on his own headline tour this November where he has already sold 50,000 tickets!
