Interview: Ali Campbell (UB40)
2 min read
The voice of UB40 is back. Ali Campbell has had an impressive career that has spanned over 30 years and has resulted in cementing his name as one of Britain’s finest musicians with international chart topping hits including Red, Red Wine and I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You.
Having left UB40 to pursue his solo career on a full time basis the singer has recently released his fourth solo venture, Great British Songs.
As the title suggests the record is a collection of hits that Campbell has chosen to ‘Regaefy’ and Brendon got to meet the singer in a swanky hotel in West London to talk music, the new record and discuss his plans for the future. Here’s what he had to say.
