News: Maroon 5 Announce UK Spring Shows in 2015

2 min read

(UK) As Maroon 5 fever grips the nation, the US pop superstars, armed with new album ‘V’, take it up another notch next spring with three UK arena dates with more to follow.

Recorded in LA over the past year with producers Max Martin, Benny Blanco, Ryan Tedder, Shellback and Sam Martin, the much-anticipated ‘V’ reunites Maroon 5 with long-time keyboardist Jesse Carmichael. Rolling Stone raved about the new album saying ‘The 11 songs are precision-tuned and lustrously polished, jammed with hooks and choruses’ in their glowing 4 star review.

With charismatic frontman Adam Levine at the helm, Maroon 5’s live shows are in a class of their own, as they showed earlier this year when they played two sold out O2 Arena dates in January to rave reviews. The Star called it “A masterclass of showmanship”, the Standard said that they had “returned in spectacular style” and the Telegraph that their set had “provided moments of pop perfection”.

Maroon 5 will be supported by Magic! and have Nick Gardner opening on all dates.

Tour Dates:

Tue 26th, May 2015                   London, The SSE Arena, Wembley

Sun 31st, May 2015                    Birmingham, LG Arena

Mon 1st, June 2015                   Manchester, Manchester Arena

Capturing their first of three Grammy Awards as ‘Best New Artist’ in 2005 and going on to sell more than 17 million albums worldwide, Maroon 5’s releases have gone gold and platinum in over 35 countries. Known for hit singles including ‘Moves Like Jagger’, ‘Makes Me Wonder’, ‘Won’t Go Home Without You’, ‘Misery’ and ‘Payphone’ the band first won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album, ‘Songs About Jane’.
