News: Scissor Sisters Announce Huge Outdoor Show For Summer 2026

3 min read

Pop legends Scissor Sisters have been announced for a huge summer show as part of Heritage Live’s spectacular summer festival in the stunning grounds of Audley End Estate in Saffron Walden, Essex on Thursday 6th August.

Tickets for the show will be available on presale on Tuesday 18th November at 10:00am. Customers MUST pre-register for presale access via HERE. Any remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Friday 21st November at 10:00am from HeritageLive.Seetickets.com.

Fresh from their highly anticipated reunion in 2025 including a UK arena tour, a legendary Saturday night Glastonbury set and a co-headline summer tour with Kesha across the USA, Scissor Sisters are keeping the party going – next stop Summer 2026.

Two decades after kicking the door down to redefine pop music with genre bending hits like ‘Take Your Mama’, ‘I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ and ‘Let’s Have a Kiki’, Jake Shears, Babydaddy, Del Marquis and their band return with their signature mix of chaos, glam, grit and unapologetic queer joy – still unstoppable and forever filthy/gorgeous.

Building on Scissor Sisters’ 20-year anniversary celebrations in 2025 – which saw the band reunite and perform live for the first time in over a decade – their Audley End Estate show continues the celebrations of their iconic self-titled debut.

The album Scissor Sisters was the best-selling album in the UK in 2004, selling over 3 million copies globally (a staggering 2 million of these were UK sales). Ranked as the 20th biggest-selling album of the 21st century in the UK and the 35th biggest-selling album of all time, the album went 9 x Platinum in the UK, and won three BRIT Awards in 2005, including Best International Album, Best International Group and Best International Breakthrough Act, making Scissor Sisters the first act ever to win all three international categories.

Scissor Sisters have partnered with PLUS1 so that customers have the option to donate £1 at the checkout when buying a ticket, which goes towards supporting Not A Phase and their work uplifting the lives of trans+ adults across the UK.

Already announced for Heritage Live Festivals at Audley End Estate 2026 are The Streets who will headline on Friday 7th August, Pete Tong Ibiza Classics who will headline on Saturday 8th August, and Faithless who will headline on Sunday 9th August.

Previous years of Heritage Live Festivals at Audley End Estate have featured Richard Ashcroft, Underworld, Roger Daltrey, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Manic Street Preachers, Elbow, Soft Cell, Madness, Boy George & Culture Club, Sir Tom Jones, Jess Glynne, Simple Minds and many more.
