Pop icon Agnes sheds her skin and dives headfirst into chaos with “BEAUTIFUL MADNESS” – her highly anticipated album releasing January 23rd, 2026. Following her Swedish Grammy-winning triumph “Magic Still Exists”, Agnes takes a bold artistic step closer to her inner self, already teasing the world with club anthems “BALENCIAGA COVERED EYES“, “MILK“, and her latest single “EGO“.
When Agnes steps into “BEAUTIFUL MADNESS”, she brings with her a rich musical journey: from teenage pop phenomenon to award-winning songwriter and style icon. Yet her most transformative journey has occurred within.
This time around, Agnes let the lyrics lead the way. Rather than starting with melodies, she allowed words – sometimes playful rhymes, sometimes sudden insights – to shape the music. The result is an album where each track carries raw emotion, a distinct personality, and a quest for authenticity.
To shape “BEAUTIFUL MADNESS”, Agnes assembled some of Sweden’s most inspiring songwriters and producers: Vincent Pontare & Salem al Fakir (Madonna, Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, Katy Perry), Magnus Lidehäll (Britney Spears, Sky Ferreira, Kylie Minogue), Kerstin Ljungström, Alex Aris, British songwriter Hanna Wilson (Tove Lo, The Chainsmokers, Lost Frequencies, Galantis), and house producer Frans Bryngel (The Weeknd, Salvatore Ganacci, Sebastian Ingrosso). Together, they fostered a creative environment aimed at preserving each song’s original essence – maintaining the raw energy from its earliest form.
She release her second single “MILK” during the summer and in her latest single, the disco-synth-tinged poptrack “EGO”, Agnes is singing about putting the ego aside and letting something new take its place, both in relationships and within oneself.
With her previous album “Magic Still Exists”, Agnes received four Swedish Grammy nominations in 2022 and won Composer of the Year. Agnes boasts nearly half a billion streams, a voice celebrated by both industry professionals and audiences, and two decades of continuously evolving musical expression.
Based in Stockholm, Agnes began her successful career at 16 when her incredible talent catapulted her to fame. The following years brought world tours, highly successful albums, and a major global dancefloor hit “Release Me,” which soared into the top 10 across Europe and reached #1 on both US Billboard Hot Dance and UK Official Dance Charts.
