Golden State announce new single ‘World On Fire’

Californian 4 piece Golden State is set to release their new single World On Fire through State Champ Records on September 23. Following the success of their EP Subdivision, World On Fire continues the bands’ penchant for passionate and deeply emotive rock, complete with Grundler’s soaring vocals, driving drums and an arpeggio guitar strum underneath.
Golden State have in the past been compared to the likes of Muse and Echo and the Bunnymen but their sound is very much their own. The band are no strangers to the industry and include members of the Florida rock band Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Their debut album Division was released last year in the USA and was produced by vocalist and guitarist James Grundler. They have been a staple in the music scene in LA for some time and fresh from a mammoth US tour, including dates at SXSW, they are ready to bring the noise to the UK.
