The Lost Cavalry are set for the release of their debut album Three Cheers for the Undertaker on September 16. The Lost Cavalry are a London-based six-piece formed in 2009 by Mark West, formerly the guitarist for indie favorites Fanfarlo.
EPs Waves Freeze to Rolling Hills and Snow City Radio were highly praised for their swirling melodies and captivating, spirited storytelling. Recent single Stars are Ripe (released as a split 7-inch vinyl with Keston Cobblers’ Club) was a stirring preview of the band’s debut album. The band mix delicate alt-folk with epic roaring crescendos, beautiful sounds with powerful stories, to produce a fantastically accomplished set of songs.
