Single Review: Art vs Science – ‘Create/Destroy’

1 min read

Australian electronic trio Art vs Science return this month with their highly anticipated new single Create/Destroy – an impossibly catchy dance track which is so good they can be forgiven for not releasing anything new since their debut album The Experiment in 2011.

Art vs Science Create DestroyGiven the success of The Experiment, expectations were high for whatever would follow the debut album. Luckily enough for Jim Finn, Dan McNamee and Dan Williams, the boys have managed to hit the mark with Create/Destroy which is drenched in their unique electro pop sound. Creating dance tunes that make attempting to sit still a futile endeavour is nothing unusual for the Sydney-bred group – after all they are the people responsible for 2009’s ridiculously catchy Parlez Vous Francais?

Combining drum and electronic keyboard beats with electric guitar and distinctive vocals; Create/Destroy is a fun tune with a strong festival vibe and sure to be stuck in the heads of everyone who hears it for hours after.
