Introducing pop sensation Ernie Jackson who released his debut single Stars Fall Down on 17th November 2014. For a limited time only the single is available as a free download via Ernie’s official Facebook page.
Stars Fall Down is a catchy slice of feel-good pop, peppered with a Motown inspired feel that will have you tapping your fingers and toes and singing along to the chorus before the song is out.
As well as being a talented songwriter, Ernie also plays piano, guitar, bass and drums. His early demos caught the attention of multi-platinum selling LA based producer Jeff Blue, who has been helping Ernie hone his sound.
In Ernie’s own words:
“Stars Fall Down is about losing someone. It deals with the emotions of a breakup and the heartache of a relationship ending as everyone experiences loss at some point in their lives and the feelings that inevitably come with it.”
Ernie cites Chuck Berry, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin and Little Richard as major influences alongside Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and Pharrell Williams.
