News: Supergroup McBusted Debut Film ‘Tourplay’ Release Date Announced

(UK) Supergroup McBusted will take to the big screen this autumn with their debut film ‘Tourplay’ being exclusively screened by Vue Entertainment International from 28th October. Tickets can be purchased from 9am Friday 12th September here.

Fresh from the overwhelming success of the largest arena tour of the year, McBusted announce the release of their first ever movie ‘Tourplay’, a behind-the-scenes look at the launch of this unprecedented combination of two of the UK’s biggest pop acts.
From the announcement of the McBusted tour in November 2013, right up to the incredible moment where the band headlined Hyde Park in July 2014 in front of 60,000 people, ‘Tourplay’ captures every moment. With the band’s long-term videographer David Spearing mixing live footage and behind-the-scenes access with intimate and exclusive interviews with the band, ‘Tourplay’ is an unrestricted and revealing document of a whirlwind year in the life of Tom Fletcher, James Bourne , Danny Jones, Harry Judd, Dougie Poynter and Matt Willis.
Playing to 350,000 people across 34 arena dates before the grand finale at Hyde Park, the McBusted tour was nothing short of an unparalleled triumph. Fans and critics were united in wonder at the pop perfection and astounding showmanship of a gig that had been more than a decade in the making. Flying DeLoreans, filmed sketches, fireworks, confetti cannons, glow in the dark instruments – at one point, the band even performing atop a flying saucer hovering above the audience – and of course, at the heart of it all, the unforgettable songs that wowed the crowds night after night.
