2 min read

(UK) NERO will release their highly anticipated new album Between II Worlds on August 28 on MTA Records / Virgin EMI Records. The band – comprising of Daniel Stephens, Joe Ray and Alana Watson – will debut new music from their forthcoming second album during their headline set on Coachella’s Outdoor Theatre in the US tonight, where they will also reveal the album’s epic title track.

It’s been four years since NERO released their acclaimed debut album Welcome Reality, which spawned the platinum selling hit Promises. Much has changed since the release of that record: the band earned a Grammy, collaborated with Baz Luhrmann on The Great Gatsby soundtrack and have now sold over 3 million records globally. More recently the band revealed a glimpse of what was to come with their techno leaning single Satisfy, which was released last year and spent 4 weeks on the Radio 1 A list.

NERO exploded into popular culture with a unique twist on London’s underground dubstep culture in 2011. Now, they’re emerging as a live act that’s unafraid to draw upon classical strains of house and techno, harness the power of Watson’s voice and live performance, and mutate these elements with the musicality that sets the band apart in contemporary electronic music.

Fans can pre-order Between II Worlds now and immediately receive Satisfy along with the album’s title track here.
