Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic sequel to the biggest super hero movie of all time. Directed by Joss Wheedon and produced by Kevin Feige, this action-packed blockbuster sees earth’s toughest superheroes reassemble to battle Ultron, a villainous force that threatens the future of the entire planet.
The adventure begins after Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) try to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program when things go awry, unleashing the evil Ultron (James Spader). As Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans. Uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure, as the team reunite with the fate of the planet hanging in the balance. They must defeat the terrifying technological terror, hell-bent on human extinction.
Featuring an all-star cast including Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Chris Evans (Captain America) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), the team are joined by two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, (Scarlet Witch) played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver), played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. An old friend in a new form also emerges, when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.
